The arrangement looked just like the picture and was delivered on time. Had question, so phoned for answer. My original online order message was edited as requested. Agent was very pleasant and helpful. I was very happy because even though this was not a Mother's day bouquet, it was the day before and I had called another shop. I finally hung up on the first shop because the agent there was overwhelmed and unhelpful.
