No complaints I heard from the recipient that they were arranged beautifully and that they were delivered on the day they were supposed to be delivered. Recipient also got the link to my digital card and video. I will make future purchases because of the well executed service I received. Which I should receive for the amount that I paid. That would be my only critique is that it was a little pricey, I had to pay for delivery and a service fee. I could understand one or the other but both of those fees. Come on I am paying for my arrangements and tax. So.e other places will give you free shipping but charge a small service fee. Plus I came to Hilton's because online it said free delivery. But when at check out I had to pay for shipping and. Service fee. At least give free shipping to first time purchases.
