I called in the order and talked to the NiCEST lady….. I can’t recall her name… from Germany…. And she was a delight!!!! So helpful and the arrangement was divine! I ordered the Snowy village bouquet for my sister. It was delivered to her on 12/22/23. She was thrilled with the arrangement. She sent me a photo of it and it looks exactly like it does online.
